Matt Harrowfield

Matt Harrowfield is the current WA, SA & NT Operations Manager at AESC, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the fire protection and Essential Safety Measures (ESM) industry.

He is responsible for leading regional operations across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory, overseeing business development, client relationship management, compliance delivery and the performance of multidisciplinary operational teams.

With extensive experience spanning fire protection servicing, compliance auditing and operations management, Matt possesses a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and the practical application of Essential Safety Measures. He plays a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting technical capability across the business and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Matt is also an active contributor to the fire protection industry, serving as Deputy Chair of the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPAA) South Australian Committee and maintaining memberships with both the FPAA and the Facility Management Association (FMA). His commitment to operational excellence, technical leadership and continuous improvement supports AESC's reputation as a trusted leader in Essential Safety Measures compliance.
